Positions Available
February 2023
An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent full-time sales cadet/trainee to join our team, who will focus on providing efficient and effective support to the sales of zero turn mowers, compact tractors and attachments and contribute to operational support alongside senior team in this department. This cadet/trainee position will come with potential opportunity to gain knowledge and sales experience of earthmoving and power solutions products and services.
Primary duties
– Sales of machines and attachments
– Building customer/potential customer/supplier relationships
– Support in coordinating delivery/pick up logistics for customers
– Maintaining strong rapport/communication with both customers and suppliers
– Help implement productivity improvement processes (e.g. operational improvement)
– Learn how to use our invoicing and purchase order systems
– Assist in coordinating and attending field days and shows
– Timely and efficient delivery of documentation when required
– Assist in the preparation of pre delivery requirements on machines
– Other tasks as directed and requested day to day
Our Successful Candidate
Our successful candidate will support our team by displaying the following attributes
– Enthusiasm and a positive work manner
– A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and amongst team
– Advanced communication skills in both verbal and written communication
– Ability to work under pressure
– Shows initiative, eagerness to learn and a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines
– Basic technology capability with outlook, word, excel – the ability to learn
– A valid NSW class C or provisional P2 licence is preferred but not essential
The successful applicant will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, not only in this department but across all departments in the business where pertinent to the role. You will be provided with the support from our highly skilled and experienced team across all departments to ensure your success.
Knowledge and a good understanding of this industry is preferred however is not essential to your success in this role.
